Creatum is..
A marketing communication company based on Estonian capital, which was founded in June 2008 to offer a more analytical partnership to companies. In addition to its in-depth approach to the preliminary work process, the keywords of the Creatum team are extensive experience, quick thinking and accurately aimed creativity. In just eight years of operation, our company has been the key partner in the creation of new brands as well as in the organisation of important private and public sector campaigns. The title of Best Marketing Deed of the Year is testament to our quality, and we have also won over 15 awards for creativity at both domestic and overseas festivals.
The founders of Creatum OÜ, Moonika Kiop and Igor Baturin, are experienced marketing communication professionals through their own corporate knowledge. The third shareholder is AgeCom, one of the largest Baltic groups of marketing communication companies. The company’s goal is to make brands and trademarks internationally competitive and visibly increase their market shares. Creatum’s principle is to not be big in form, but in content, quality and reaction speed – the main requirements set by the rapidly changing digital era for the agency and for the entire field of marketing communication.

Our team
Talented people are Creatum’s biggest assets. Experienced and dedicated project managers, artistic directors, designers and copywriters who work together. A separate team is completed for each client. The team and the agency’s management are responsible for the quality of the provided service.

Management
The company’s CEO and partner Moonika Kiop has been active in the word of marketing for 13 years. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Tallinn University of Technology and, before establishing Creatum, she worked as the Client Services Manager for Baltic FCB, where she managed large brands in Estonia and international portfolios, dealt with the strategic planning of marketing communication and carried out qualitative research. The teams led by Moonika have won awards since 2005, when the surety loan campaign of Hansabank won an award at the Golden Egg contest. Since 2007, she has been a lecturer of practical branding, advertising campaign planning and the general theory of advertising at the Marketing Institute of Estonia. She has also delivered marketing seminars in cooperation with the Äripäev newspaper.
With more than 19 years of experience in the field, the creative director and partner of the company, Igor Baturin, is one of the most experienced creative directors in Estonia, and he has also won the most awards. Igor studied journalism in the University of Tartu and directing at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, and he has previously worked as a copywriter, creative director and analyst in the largest Estonian group of marketing communication companies Leo Burnett Eesti (WWH AS), as the creative director in Grey Eesti, and as the creative director and partner in the agency Brilliant. He has been a long-term member of the core team in many large advertisers on the Estonian market, advised a right-wing political party over a period of 10 years, helped create the content of the Estonian EXPO 2000 pavilion and much more. The awards he has won include Grand Prix, Media Folder, three Golden Hammers, two Silver Hammers from the top Baltic advertising forum Golden Hammer, and a Silver Drum from the top Central and Eastern European event Golden Drum.

Marketing tools
Creatum has developed a methodology that makes the identification of various marketing problems easier and makes it possible to offer fast solutions. One of the marketing tools is 360 C, which is based on the four-sector mapping of thinking. The agency also has a tool for carrying out focus research, a tool for positioning and many other tricks and methods to ensure that the analysis prior to the creative solution is effective.
